These Terms govern all programs, camps, memberships, online training, webinars, digital products, and related services provided by King Krosse Incorporated (“King Krosse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Services, you agree to these Terms.
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian agrees on their behalf.
1. IN-PERSON CAMPS & CLINICS REFUND POLICY
A. Participant Cancellation
If cancellation occurs:
7 days or more prior to camp start date:
Full refund will be issued minus non-refundable service fees and administrative processing fees.
Less than 7 days prior to camp:
No refund.
No refunds will be issued for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Early departure
Schedule conflicts
Non-medical personal reasons
Administrative and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
B. Medical Withdrawal
If a participant is unable to attend due to verified medical reasons:
Written medical documentation may be required.
A partial credit (not cash refund) may be issued at King Krosse’s discretion.
Credits may carry expiration dates.
C. Transfers
Transfers to another participant or future camp may be permitted at King Krosse’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
2. ONLINE PROGRAMS & DIGITAL CONTENT
Due to immediate access to proprietary training content:
Online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.
Digital downloads, playbooks, and courses are non-refundable.
Partial use does not qualify for refund.
Access constitutes delivery.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING BILLING
Memberships renew automatically until canceled.
You are responsible for canceling prior to your renewal date.
No refunds will be issued for:
Forgotten cancellations
Partial billing cycles
Failure to use the membership
Pricing may be modified with notice.
4. CANCELLATION BY KING KROSSE
If King Krosse cancels a program due to:
Insufficient enrollment
Facility closure
Instructor illness
Government restrictions
Force majeure
Participants may receive either:
A credit toward a future program, or
A refund at King Krosse’s discretion
King Krosse is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with King Krosse constitutes breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access
Recover chargeback fees
Provide evidence of digital agreement acceptance to payment processors
All disputes will be contested using stored digital acknowledgment records.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Alberta law:
King Krosse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable Canadian federal laws.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.
Class action or collective proceedings are waived where permitted by law.
8. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
By registering or participating, you acknowledge:
You have read these Terms
You understand they are legally binding
You agree to comply
If registering a minor physically, digitally or by checkbox, you confirm legal authority to bind the minor.
